Hi, my name is Kushal and I have a pathological obsession with tasting menus much to the dismay of my wallet.
While I tend to agree with Pete Wells that you need to go to a restaurant 3 times to be able to review it, here I just want to document my thoughts on each dish as I experienced them at the various restaurants I've been to. I've found that while I can frequently remember maybe my favorite 2 or 3 dishes, I struggle to remember my 7th favorite dish, even if it was quite great.
Hopefully my long winded experiences might be able to aid you in determining whether you'd actually like to spend your evening going to any of these meals…
